Aiyon Capital is an independent investment and advisory firm founded in 2024 by Alexandru Boghiu, Ionuț Nicolescu, Cristian Danciu, and Răzvan Calița, four founders with over 50 years of combined experience in real estate, private capital, ESG, and technology.

Each came with a distinct track record, but all shared one belief: that capital should not only generate financial returns, it should shape communities, challenge outdated standards, and build long-term value that lasts.

With €1B+ in cumulative transaction experience and €7M+ in capital already deployed, we bring credibility, discipline, and velocity to projects across the region.

Aiyon Capital was created at a pivotal moment for the Romanian and CEE private markets. In 2024, Romania recorded a 57% increase in foreign direct investment projects, reaching an all-time high of 94 new FDI initiatives, but domestic growth remains modest (0.6% GDP forecast in 2025).

This imbalance creates a unique window for agile, institutional-grade capital. Aiyon Capital enters this space as an integrated platform, designed to absorb that inflow and redirect it toward resilient, high-impact assets.
